WISPA is a charity aiming to achieve the world's most equitable sport system, Te Tiriti inspired.
By joining our WISPA Supporters Club with an annual membership, you will be supporting WISPA to continue our mahi across programmes, advocacy, visibility and knowledge to help transform society through leadership, advocacy and evidence, ensuring that all women and girls gain equity of opportunity to participate, compete and build careers in play, active recreation and sport in Aotearoa New Zealand.

To become a WISPA Supporters Club Member for 2025, sign up now via our WISPA Supporters Club form, and contribute your annual fee via our Supporters page:

How long does my membership run for and will it auto-renew?
The membership runs for the calendar year 1 Jan - 31 Dec 2025 (unless otherwise communicated). WISPA will contact you to renew your membership when it is about to expire.
What will the events be?
Basketball, netball, cricket, rugby league – you name it! We’re trying to broaden kiwi women’s sports attendance and offerings so we’ll be talking with as many organisations as possible to ensure as a Supporters Club, we’re supporting the sports that we all love.
These events are designed to ensure women’s sports alumni, administrators, participants, and enthusiasts spend time with other like-minded supporters. A fantastic opportunity to build your network, share stories and connect with old friends.
Our aim is to have group seating at women’s sports events, for WISPA supporters to sit together, with an opportunity for pre-game meet ups.
We’ll ensure there’s plenty of notice ahead of each event, so you have time to get your crew together and plan the day including easy links and offers to purchase tickets
Events will be held in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch where available, and as the club swells, in other regions too.
We will also hold bi-annual online events with guest speakers.
What will my contribution go towards?
Your contribution will go towards helping us here at WISPA, a registered charity, to drive change for women and girls in sport and physical activity. It will assist with the running of our Insight Hub, our Hine Manawa Rau network, our programmes including Leadership programmes, gender equity programmes, coaching initiatives and more.
