Nardi was a NZ softball representative for 15 years, a specialist third base, played at three world championships (where she was a silver and bronze medalist), and captained for 5 years. Following her retirement, Nardi coached the NZ Under 19s at two junior world championships, and was a 2000 Olympic Team Selector. Following her softball career, she has since been involved in Counties Manukau Basketball as player, coach, administrator and chairperson over the past 30 years.
