Change in Action Week - Dad's as Allies FINALIST - Dan Doland

Dan Doland of Northcote Rugby is leading an inspiring initiative to enhance female representation and participation in rugby. 

In addition to his efforts to increase female involvement, Dan is committed to providing accessible training opportunities for girls at the club. He organises a range of training sessions designed to develop their skills and confidence on the field, in addition to improving access to rugby trainings for girls. These sessions are not only focused on improving athletic performance but also on fostering a sense of inclusion and empowerment among young female players. Through these initiatives, Dan is making significant strides in creating a more equitable and supportive rugby community for all members.
